Health Club

Our Health Club has something to cater for every fitness level. The Health Club is divided into a group fitness area and weights/cardio area. It is air conditioned and provides a comfortable environment for participants to exercise.

The weights/cardio area is fitted out with the following exercise equipment:

  • Treadmills, cross-trainers, stationary bikes, rowing machines and stepper
  • Free weights area
  • Pin-loaded resistance machines

Included in all Health Club memberships is a health and fitness program tailored to each individual’s needs. These programs are reviewed regularly as part of your membership.

Do you need extra motivation or variety in your workouts?

Do you feel that you need some help to reach your goals?

Fitness Consultation

Start your fitness journey with confidence, support and a clear path to achieving results. Our qualified and friendly gym instructors can assist you with a quick spot for a bench press or a lesson on how to use a piece of equipment.

Our industry leading Gym Consultation Service is included in your membership. Designed to be flexible and of value to everyone from newbies to gym gurus, you have access to the expertise of a qualified Fitness Instructor to help you reach your fitness goals. Appointments can be set at Customer Service.

Week 1: Planning session

Goal setting, exercise and medical history, measurements and fitness testing.

Week 2: Program run through

Exercise demonstrations, technique cues, guidance and support for our qualified staff.

Every 3-6 months: Ongoing review and update

Re-measure, re-test, evaluate goals and update your exercise program according to progress and goals.
