Mixed Indoor Cricket

Just like outdoor cricket, get your mates together and bat, bowl and field in our stadium - no matter the weather!

When: Thursday 30 October & 6 November, 6pm til late. Stay tuned for more matches!
Format: 6 a side cricket – register as an individual or a team

Cost: Free Entry! Registrations are a must
Skill level: All abilities welcome

Details:

• 6 players per a team
• 1 innings per a team
• 9 overs per team
• Bonus runs for gender diverse teams!

Batting:

• Batters bat in pairs
• Each pair to bat for 3 consecutive overs
• Batters to swap ends following a dismissal
• If there is a run out, then the batter not out is to face the next delivery
• Batters swap after facing 3 balls in a row

Bowling

• All players are to bowl a minimum of 1 over of 6 legal deliveries
• Bowlers are to bowl from one end
• Can bowl straight arm, overarm or underarm (max 1 bounce)
• 2 runs per wide/no ball & max 10 bowls per over

Dismissals

• Unlimited dismissals
• Bowling team awarded 5 runs per dismissal
• Caught - Conventional caught on the full
• Bowled & Stumped/Run-Out
• No LBW
